The Home Health Aide will be responsible for providing in-home care to patients who are unable to perform daily tasks on their own. The ideal candidate will be dependable, caring, and able to work independently. They must be punctual and have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They will also be responsible for monitoring patients& health and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. The Home Health Aide must be able to work flexible hours and be available to work weekends and holidays as needed. We provide training, background check and CPR.  Flexible schedules are available.  Extra pay for weekends and evening shifts!

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary

Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning, run-errands.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Assist with medication reminders and other healthcare-related tasks, as needed.

Report any changes in client’s condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 forms of ID
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide/ Caregiver is preferred, but not required.
  • A car with reliable transportation is needed.
